Scott Brown - PGA Professional

Scott is Head Professional and Director of Golf at Cowdray Park and has built a fabulous reputation for teaching golfers at all levels. Scott has been attached to Cowdray throughout his golfing life in which time he has enjoyed a very successful playing career both as an amateur with numerous county honours and since turning professional he has won over 20 pro events.

We are especially proud of our junior section at Cowdray, which has been developed by Scott and now consists of over 100 youngsters, many with low handicaps.

Katie Dawkins

Kate is one of the leading lady professionals in the south with experience teaching both national and county teams. She will be working alongside Scott to develop the academy. Katie turned professional with a passion for teaching in 1999 after an amateur career representing England and Hampshire. She now writes instructional pieces for many magazines including Women & Golf.

In her time she has received personal instruction from John Jacobs, Butch Harmon, Tim Barter, Nick Faldo and even Phil Stevens himself!

She is keen to establish a thriving teaching academy at Cowdray and is not a 'method teacher'. Katie says everyone is an individual and should be treated accordingly. Alongside Scott, Katie will be working with us to develop our junior girls section. Click for further information.
