We welcome up to two four legged friends to all our self catering cottages for an additional £35.00 per dog per stay.
Dogs are not allowed at the Lodge
Yes we have one accessible cottage called Oaterswood which offers self catering accommodation on one level and a wet room.
Yes, check in is on either a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, however do call the team on 01730 814522 or email at [email protected] for any other arrival dates and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
We offer bed and breakfast style rooms at the Lodge at Cowdray Golf Club and also Self catering Cottages and Treehouses.
Minimum 1 night for the Lodge and minimum 2 nights for our self catering accommodation.

Check in at the Lodge is from 3pm and for self-catering cottages from 4pm.
Check out at the Lodge and Benbow Holiday Cottages is 10am. Checkout at the larger cottages is 11am.
We operate self-check in all our accommodation, please go directly to the properties and refer to confirmation email for key codes.
Included in your stay is a welcome hamper on arrival, tea, coffee, sugar, Nespresso machines and coffee pods. A starter pack of washing tablets, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning supplies. Towels are included in all accommodation and bathrobes in our Luxury Cottages.
Bread, milk, eggs, butter and jam or honey
Your deposit is non refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival at the Lodge are fully non refundable and cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival at our self catering properties are fully non refundable.
We will contact you to advise and find alternative accommodation where we can. If alternative accommodation cannot be provided we will issue a full refund.
The cautionary deposit is £250.00 for larger cottages and £150 for our smaller cottages. This is held against the card used to make the booking for any loss or damage. In the event there is a charge applicable you will be notified.

We offer insurance at the time of booking to cover for most circumstances in the event you need to cancel.
Yes however the properties have been designed for set number of guests to stay. Please do not exceed these capacities.
No we do not permit the use of candles in our properties.
Yes we offer password protected WI-FI or Starlink in all our properties.

We offer EV charging at Costers Lodge and Ambersham House, alternatively we also offer EV charging at Cowdray Farm Shop and Café car park.
