Cheese of the Month

We’ve two cheeses this month – Stichelton and Colston Bassett.

Stichelton is one of the very few unpasteurised English blue cheeses. It is made by Joe Schneider using organic cow’s milk on the Welbeck Estate. Colston Bassett comes from one the smallest Stilton producers and takes its pasteurised milk from farms within one and a half miles of the dairy.
