Baron Bigod:
A true farmhouse brie made by Jonny and Dulcie Crickmore in Suffolk using raw milk from their Montbeliarde cows. It has a smooth silky texture and a golden curd, with long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours. We love this cheese, come into the shop to try some to see how special it really is.
