We’ve selected three cheeses for you to enjoy this month.
These are delicious goat and sheep cheeses from Italy. Come and sample a pasteurised goat’s cheese from Umbria called Stracco Di Capra, an unpasteurised goat’s cheese from Lombardia called Gorgonzola Di Capra Dolce and a pasteurised sheep’s cheese from Sardinia called Grana Di Pecora.
Our Shop Manager Esme suggests that you try these cheeses with a delicious dry and crisp pinot blanc called Domaines Schlumberger.
