Cowdray Golf Open Day 2018

Cowdray Golf Open Day May 2018

Members, visitors and families enjoyed Cowdray Park Golf Club’s Open Day which took place in glorious sunshine on Saturday 5th May 2018.

The Cowdray Park Golf Club team welcomed everyone (pictured) and were on hand to answer any questions about the club. The day also consisted of a putting and long drive competition, tours around the 18-hole championship course in Cowdray-branded golf buggies, golf clinics with our Golf Pros and a trick-shot show from Dean Davis.

Children enjoyed the bouncy castle and lined up to get a glitter tattoo, and visitors were able to enjoy a BBQ and drinks sitting on the terrace, which has stunning views over the polo fields and the Cowdray Ruins.

Director of Golf Tim Allen said: “We were very pleased that so many people took the opportunity to come and find out more about what is on offer at Cowdray. As well as the superb course, a driving range and an Academy Course, we also have a newly refurbished bar area where everyone – golfers and members of the public – can come and a have a drink or something to eat and enjoy.

“Thank you to the Cowdray Park Golf Team for working so hard to make the day a success.”
