A wonderful range of chocolate eggs for all the family, Easter cards, plus Seggiano’s delicious traditional Colombo Easter Cake.
La Colomba, or dove, is the traditional Italian Easter cake, baked in the shape of a dove to signify peace and renewal. The light, aromatic dough is made with fresh free range eggs, flavoured with candied orange peels, leavened using a mother yeast and topped with almonds and is organic.
Many of you will be serving lamb on Easter Sunday. Don’t forget you may order your Estate reared joint from the team on our butchery (01730 815152 – option 4).
