Cowdray Farm Shop Café Evening Dining
Join us on Saturday 27th January for a delicious seasonal feast inspired by local ingredients. The evening starts at 6:30pm, with guests sitting down from 7:00pm.
Upon arrival you will receive either a glass of The Kings Fizz or a St Clements accompanied by Stefano’s olive and sundried tomato focaccia with confit garlic butter.
This delicious three-course meal will then begin with a starter of handmade Cowdray spinach and ricotta agnolotti with truffle and parmesan sauce and wilted spinach. This is followed by a duo of Cowdray venison, pan fried loin and cottage pie, served with a Jerusalem artichoke puree, tender stem broccoli and a red wine jus. And for the vegetarian option, a delicious pan fried fermented chilli cauliflower steak, Sussex charmer and cauliflower gratin with watercress puree.
Finish the evening with a delicious dessert of brown sugar custard tart with Susanna and Daughter’s kefir ice cream. View the menu here.
Cost: Tickets are £55 per person and will include a three-course meal, welcome drink and focaccia. Please confirm any dietary requirements within your booking notes.
Cancellation policy: Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
