April Evening Dining with Cowdray Farm Shop Café
Enjoy a three course evening dining experience on Saturday 29th April, created by our Head Chef Ben Jupp, in the cosy setting of our Farm Shop Café. The evening starts at 6:45pm, with guests sitting down from 7:15pm.
This delicious three-course meal will begin with a starter of grilled asparagus, soft-boiled duck egg, shaved pecorino and an umami dressing, followed by a choice of either roast halibut or scorched king oyster mushrooms, accompanied by Cowdray wild garlic crushed new potatoes, romesco sauce and a tempura courgette flower, finished with a dessert of white wine and vanilla poached pear, dark chocolate mousse and honeycomb.
Cost: Tickets are £55 per person and will include a three-course meal, followed by tea or coffee. Please confirm any dietary requirements within your booking notes.
Cancellation policy: Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
