Farm Shop 15 Year Anniversary Celebration

Join us as we celebrate 15 years of Cowdray Farm Shop with a summer Asado party, cooking delicious food from the estate on the fire outside. This event promises to be a memorable afternoon of summer feasting and time spent together.

Cowdray Head Chef, Curtis, and Executive Chef, Ben, will be showcasing all the delicious produce the farm shop has to offer by cooking it on the Asado. There will be a few delicious options to choose from, from fired chicken shish kebab, sauteed red cabbage and peppers in a toasted flat bread, topped with a saffron and yogurt dressing; wood flamed shredded beef brisket burger, with a whiskey and tomato BBQ sauce and molten camembert fondue, in a brioche bun; and finally, gridled lemon and basil aubergine with roasted San Manzano tomatoes, all topped with burrata and a toasted flat bread.

We will be joined by other local suppliers including Gusbourne Wine, Langhams Brewery, Mother Root, and Berkmann Wines, and accompanied by live music, face painting, and a raffle, with all proceeds going to the Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance Service.



This is a free event with no ticket required. All are welcome!

Our Saturday evening Wood Fired Pizza will be available as per usual, with delicious pizza being available to order between 4pm – 8pm.
