Enjoy an afternoon to nourish the mind and body.
We’ll start with 75 minutes of mindful flow, designed to melt away stress and tension. You’ll feel relaxed, rejuvenated and revitalised. We’ll then break for tea and homemade treats and finish the afternoon with 90 minutes of blissful restorative yoga and a guided yoga nidra meditation. This is a gentle and deeply restful practise designed to slow down the mind and open the body through passive stretching.
Suitable for all levels and abilities. Carve out some quality time for yourself and come along and join us!
