Celebrate International Yoga Day on Friday 21st June at Cowdray.
Following a morning event at Cowdray Hall featuring various free yoga classes, an evening event will take place on the Lawns polo field starting at 6pm.
This family friendly event promises to be a great evening on the Lawns polo field with a children’s yoga class and a large group lesson as well as music and chanting.
There will be live music with Kalil who will share tracks of electro beats with scared healing mantras.
Food will also be available from Cowdray Catering to include vegan offerings, salad, wraps and Cowdray burgers and ice cream. There will also be a licensed bar.
Everyone welcome. Both the morning and evening event are FREE.
International Yoga Day was inaugurated in 2015 as a way to globally celebrate yoga. It is built on a vision shared by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, adopted by the UN and celebrated in more than 192 nations worldwide.
Please register online so we know you are coming to the evening event. Click the ‘Buy ticket’ button (tickets are free of charge).
Please note that in the event of bad weather, the evening event will be unable to go ahead.
This event is held in support of St Wilfrid’s Hospice:
