Celebrate the new year with a winter feast inspired by the Estate.
Join us on the 31st January at Cowdray Farm Shop Café for an evening that indulges in the deep, complex flavours of winter. Inspired by the Estate’s winter fields, the rolling downland and storerooms, this three-course dining experience will showcase Cowdray Lamb paired with warming favourites and locally grown produce in every dish.
The evening starts with welcome drinks at 6:30pm, followed by seats being taken at 7:00pm.

Bread
Chargrilled sourdough bread with a caramelised Roscoff onion and whisky butter
Starters
(V) Charred chicory with a whipped goat’s cheese, beetroot and candied walnut salad
Beetroot cured smoked salmon with a dill, fennel and citrus salad and horseradish whipped cream
Mains
(V) Cherry wood smoked celeriac steak with a Jerusalem artichoke puree, topped with an apple gel and roasted hazelnuts
Roasted lamb noisette with rosemary and garlic Parmentier potatoes, charred pak choi, a pea and mint puree and red wine jus
Dessert
Winter berry baked Alaska
Tickets are £65 per person and include a three-course meal, welcome drink and bread.
Please confirm your menu choices and any dietary requirements within your booking notes. Your chosen dishes MUST be PRE SELECTED, you cannot change your menu choice on the night.
Cancellation policy: Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
