Lunch and learn: Supplements – Shortcut or Support?

Cowdray Hall

Join us for the first 2026 ‘Lunch & Learn’ session as we explore the truth about supplements – what’s beneficial and what may be a waste of money.

The session will also focus on how to identify quality supplements and avoid marketing hype, common deficiencies including Vitamin D and Omega 3s and the dangers of over supplementation.

The benefits of a personalized nutrition programme compared to a one-size-fits-all approach will also be explored, and any questions answered.

The Lunch and Learn, held at Cowdray Hall, will include a simple healthy lunch such as a bowl of soup and sourdough.

These sessions will be run by Nicola Russell, Cowdray’s resident Registered Nutritional Therapist, who specialises in Gut Health. After suffering with IBS herself for nearly 20 years, Nicola is passionate about gut health and helping others understand how to use nutrition and good lifestyle practices to keep their microbiomes healthy.

Early bird tickets cost £25 if purchased before Monday 19th January, otherwise it is £30 per person.

Spaces are limited to 12, so book early to avoid disappointment.
