Managing your Menopause

Join us for an informal evening talk and information session to share our experiences of peri-menopause and menopause, consider how it is perceived by society and the impact this period of change has on our daily lives.

From our professional experience many of us do not have the tools or support to fully understand and manage our menopause.

If this is you, this talk will explain what is happening during this natural process, guide you through treatment options and enable you to make choices to take back control of your wellbeing.

A Bit about Us

While living and working abroad with her young family Rachel experienced the benefit of different cultural approach to health. Returning to the UK, she re-trained as a classical homeopath and has practiced in Hampshire and West Sussex since graduating in 1998. This talk has evolved out of her specific interest in supporting women’s emotional health and wellbeing.

Emma qualified as a classical homeopath in 2010 from the School of Homeopathy and went on to become a CEASE therapist to help children with learning and behavioural disorders. She is a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths, CEASE therapists and a student supervisor. She has clinical experience from different parts of the world having lived in Australia, UK and Oman.
