Enjoy a mid-week treat with a 90-minute gentle yoga class, and a bowl of nourishing soup and bread. We will practise yoga postures and breathing cycles that are carefully selected and sequenced to develop a feeling of openness in the body and calmness in the mind. Meet some friendly like-minded people at this monthly event.
