Mindfulness & Meditation Retreat Day
Come and join a planned day of mindfulness with guided meditations and silence, smiles and laughter, creativity, moving and eating mindfully.
This gentle retreat day offers you a chance to spend time in peace and stillness, to learn mindful practices and to honour yourself in this busy world with kindness and self-compassion.
Natasha will be guiding you through a range of meditations to help you deepen your sense of connection with your body and mind.
Cost for the day is £85 and includes a two course vegetarian lunch, a mindful creative activity and an audio link of the day’s accompanying meditation.
You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, a meditation pillow if you have one and a rug or two to help you feel comfortable and cosy.
Dress comfortably in non-restrictive clothing and please bring a coat for our Mindful Walk.
