Mindfulness and Meditation Morning
This gentle morning offers you a chance to spend time in peace and stillness, to learn mindful life practices, experience smile meditations and give yourself time for self-care and kindness.
Come and join Tosh Brittan for a morning of mindfulness, guided meditations and an opportunity to learn practices and tools to help you feel calmer, more balanced and present.
The cost for the morning is £40 including refreshments and cookies from Florence McVeigh of Origins Free-From Foods and audio link of the accompanying meditations.
