Join Kim Lovelace and Sandrine Cranswick for a day of Meditation and Qigong, bringing together the benefits of these practices in a one day workshop.
They are holding a Mindfulness in Stillness and Movements workshop on Saturday 13th January at Cowdray Hall.
This retreat day will combine gentle Qigong movements, mindfulness, meditations and a short walk in the beautiful woodland of Cowdray Estate. This stream of mindfulness in stillness and movements will help to restore the body, still the mind, harmonise body and mind.
