Join Kim Lovelace and Sandrine Cranswick for a day of Meditation and Qigong, bringing together the benefits of these practices in a one day workshop.
They are holding a Mindfulness in Stillness and Movements workshop on Saturday 12th January.
“In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer. And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger – something better, pushing right back.” Albert Camus
This nurturing retreat day will offer a stream of mindfulness practices – cultivating stillness and finding space in preparation for Spring.
After the busy festive season caring for others, why not caring for one’s self, to restore, rejuvenate, recharge? Your body and mind will appreciate a deepening into stillness – discovering the value of hibernation. The meditations, gentle Qigong movements and mindful walk in the woods will help us to bring mindfulness into our daily activities, in readiness for the rise of energy in Spring.
Held in a safe space in the beautifully refurbished Cowdray Hall.
