Runners will have the choice of taking on either a 10km\, 5km or a dog-friendly  course across the stunning grounds of Cowdray Estate and the South Downs National Park. \nOverall winners and series league positions will be decided on a points system with the top three results counting towards the 10km title. \nCompetitors receive a unique medal that interlocks into a four-piece set and free photos.
