November Evening Dining
Join us on Saturday 28th November at Cowdray Farm Shop Café for an evening of exceptional food and hospitality.
Your evening begins with a welcome drink from 6:30pm, before taking your seat at 7:00pm.
Whether you’re joining us with friends, family or someone special, we look forward to welcoming you for a relaxed and memorable evening of delicious food.
NOVEMBER MENU
Welcome drink
Amuse-bouche – Butternut, chilli and coconut velouté
Starter – Crispy potato terrine topped with Parma ham, whipped ricotta and purple basil
Vegetarian starter – Crispy potato terrine topped with whipped goat’s cheese, honey roasted candied beetroot and red vein sorrel
Main course – Pan-fried venison loin with beef tallow fondant potatoes, charred leeks, carrot purée and a red wine jus
Vegetarian main – Butternut squash and sage risotto topped with crispy sage and roasted hazelnuts
Dessert – Rice pudding crème brûlée with spiced poached plums
Tickets are £65 per person and include a three-course meal, welcome drink and bread.
Please confirm your menu choices and any dietary requirements within your booking notes. Your chosen dishes MUST be PRE SELECTED, you cannot change your menu choice on the night.
Cancellation policy: Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
