Join us for an opportunity to unwind external tensions, rebalance the body clock, our circadian rhythm, and find your inner strength as the energy rises in nature during spring.

Testing the muscles and energy channels to enhance the flow of energy and move us out of winter, we will work with the fascia and connective tissue, which are vital for the practices of Yoga and Qigong.

In this day session, we will work with meditation and pure consciousness so that you leave the practice with a sense of achievement and vital tools that you can use to enhance your life.
