Seasonal Yoga and Qigong Yin Phase Day Workshop

Slow down from the busyness of summer using the practices of Qigong and Yoga.

As we transition from late summer through autumn and into winter, cultivate these practices to develop core strength, bring us into the present, slow down from the busyness of summer and allow for the experience of being grounded.

The day will consist of:

  • Bringing balance and self-esteem practices to the forefront, including nurturing yourself in tune with your immune system.
  • A talk on cultivating a seasonal practice and understanding the mind.
  • Breath work for Chakra, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to end the day.
