September Evening Dining
Join us on Saturday 26th September at Cowdray Farm Shop Café for an evening of exceptional food and hospitality.
Your evening begins with a welcome drink from 6:30pm, before taking your seat at 7:00pm.
Whether you’re joining us with friends, family or someone special, we look forward to welcoming you for a relaxed and memorable evening of delicious food.
SEPTEMBER MENU
Welcome drink
Bread course – Sun-dried tomato focaccia with basil butter
Starter – Pan-fried breast of partridge with beetroot purée, kale crisps and red vein sorrel
Vegetarian starter – Goat’s cheese and honey beignets served with beetroot purée and pickled candied beetroot
Main course – Roasted rump of lamb with fondant potato, buttered chard, carrot purée and a rosemary and red wine jus
Vegetarian main – Celeriac steak with crispy kale, charred leek purée and tarragon oil
Dessert – White chocolate, raspberry and matcha cheesecake with lemon and vodka sorbet
Tickets are £65 per person and include a three-course meal, welcome drink and bread.
Please confirm your menu choices and any dietary requirements within your booking notes. Your chosen dishes MUST be PRE SELECTED, you cannot change your menu choice on the night.
Cancellation policy: Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
