Spring Supper

Join us for an evening at the Cowdray Café and enjoy a four course Spring menu with wine on Saturday 6th April.

The evening starts at 7pm with a drink on arrival and canapes. Dinner is served at 7.30pm.

There will be a four course dinner consisting of a starter, main course, pudding and cheese.

The cost is £65 per head. To include a drink on arrival and two drinks each throughout the meal.

The Menu:


Watercress velouté
Crab and grapefruit
Glazed Chicken oyster


Scorched mackerel, beetroot

Vegetarian option: Whipped goats curd, beetroot


Lamb noisette, crispy sweet breads, wild garlic, salt baked celeriac, Roscoff Onion Shepherd’s pie, lamb jus

Vegetarian option : Vegetable pave, wild garlic , Roscoff Onion, Puy lentil shepherd’s pie and crisply polenta


Rhubarb trifle
