Program:

Mindful Movement – Get ready to unwind and renew! Yoga with the aim to help us release patterns of rigidity that set in with our modern lifestyles.

Mindful Meditation – a combination of guided as well as moving meditation.

Breath Work – Blending breathwork seamlessly into our practice so we feel empowered to take a few practices into our daily lives.

Chai Naashta – Tea and snacks. Expect to be treated to masala chai, an array of delicious sweet and savoury snacks that are made in celebration of Diwali (festival of lights).
