Taster Karate Session

Have you always wanted to try Karate? Then join Mizu Karate Academy for a children and adult karate taster session at Cowdray Hall.

These sessions  take place on Wednesday 14th August:
10am to 10.45am – Children aged 7 to 12
10.55am to 11.30am – Adults and children aged 13 plus

They are also on Wednesday 21st August:
10am to 10.45am – Children aged 7 to 12
10.55am to 11.30am – Adults and children aged 13 plus

The cost is £5 per person

Karate offers a lifelong opportunity to develop body awareness and confidence and gives the practitioner tools to make decisions to avoid or defend themselves in challenging situations.

Our approach is unique in that we teach in response to an individual’s learning style and physical ability.
