A delicious, handcrafted supper served in a Sussex barn set in beautiful surroundings and stunning views in a secret location at Cowdray, curated by The Herb Kitchen is inspired by the seasons and fuelled by the elements. Serving the most exceptional, sustainable, and local ingredients sourced and foraged from both surrounding farms and the Estate itself, guests will gather to enjoy a fine dining feast.

Cooked to perfection by The Herb Kitchen in this peaceful and quiet location based at the foot of the South Downs, the evenings menu will highlight fine fireside dining with seasonal ingredients that are at the peak of their growing season, alongside carefully selected ingredients produced on the Estate and foraged from it by George, the Estate forager.

This promises to be a truly memorable dining experience, showcasing the very best that local and foraged produce has to offer.

With wood fired cooking at their core, The Herb Kitchen specialises in taking inspiration from the natural environment to inspire their menus. Working as sustainably as possible, they will deliver a multi-course menu focused around the fire, designed to harness the beauty of the Estate. An experience like no other, perfect to gather and enjoy with friends and loved ones.
