Wellness Workshops at Cowdray Hall
Quarterly wellness workshops will start at Cowdray Hall on Thursday 10th January 2019.
Liv’s yoga and Nutrition in a Nutshell are hosting an inspiring morning of power yoga followed by a nutrition talk on ‘A healthy, happy gut’, concluding with a calming guided meditation leaving you feeling refreshed and inspired.

Time: 9.30am to Midday
Cost: £40 per person
The day consists of:
- 9.30am to 10.30am – a fast-paced, dynamic vinyasa yoga class which will detox the mind and body – prepare to sweat! Nutritious treat and time to rehydrate.
- 10.45am to 11.30am – ‘A healthy, happy gut’ – as we learn more about gut health and its direct impact on our wellbeing, this talk will give you knowledge and practical advice on how to look after this crucial organ.
- 11.40am-12pm – guided meditation
Plus A bespoke blend of aromatherapy oils to take home
