Winter Evening Dining with Cowdray Farm Shop Café
Join us on Saturday 2nd December for a delicious seasonal feast inspired by local ingredients. The evening starts at 6:30pm, with guests sitting down from 7:00pm.
Upon arrival you will receive either a Sloe Royale cocktail or elderflower Fizz accompanied by Stefano’s rosemary and sea salt focaccia with a sun dried tomato and basil butter.
This delicious festive three-course meal will then begin with a starter of Pan fried scallops with cauliflower purée crispy pancetta and roasted cauliflower florets, or Beetroot carpaccio with whipped goat cheese and a rocket and candied walnut salad. This is followed by a choice of either Cowdray braised beef cheek with potato galette, roasted heritage carrots and black garlic emulsion, or ricotta and butter nut ravioli with a sage beurre noisette and toasted pine nuts. Finish the evening with a delicious dessert of tonka bean crème brûlée with chocolate, Cowdray Honey financiers.

Cancellation policy: Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
