Evening Yoga and Meditation with Sacha Kent.
For all those men and women who are reluctant to try yoga or feel that they will be bad at it, this is the perfect class. There is no doubt yoga makes you feel better.
It takes place on the following Wednesdays – 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th June – from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, costing £10 per class.
This class is open to everyone, particularly those who have expressed an interest but haven’t been able to come because of work commitments or just putting it off!
Evenings are a lovely time to practice and it is a great way to unwind at the end of a day, promote better sleep, clear the mind, create more freedom and movement in the body and heal many niggling aches and pains.
Its just one hour, and back home for supper.
Mats provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
