Yoga, Sounds and Soup
A mini-retreat to replenish your mind and body. Claire will take you through a 10-step transformative process using the powerful healing properties of yoga, breath work and sound.
Each well-being event holds an intention to support your growth. The journey starts with an hour of restorative yoga postures and then we will receive the healing sounds from Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, wind-gongs, kochi chimes and more.
We come together at the end to enjoy a delicious bowl of homemade soup.
