Come join a deeply relaxing evening of restorative yoga and a sound bath, followed by nourishing homemade soup.
Yoga postures are supported and held to promote release of tension and invite deep rest to support all the systems of the body.
Simple breath work will be taught to calm the mind and bring clarity of thought. Lie down to absorb the healing sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, gongs, drumming & chimes. Sound Baths are designed to promote a meditative state, shift our perspective on things and to reduce stress.
By the end of the evening, you will feel fully rested and nourished!
Claire has over 20 years experience of teaching & helping people in yoga. She holds a 2 -year diploma “Sound Healing in Groups” with The Sound Healing Academy and is also a Shiatsu therapist giving treatments at Honey & Herb in Midhurst. She holds weekly Iyengar yoga classes at Cowdray Hall and has been running well-being events for 4 years.
