Join The Soulful Life for our Nurturing Day Retreat which has been lovingly created with you in mind, to deepen and enhance our connection to ourselves, nature and our practice, whilst clearing what no longer serves us.

Their retreat will cultivate space in your life for release and relaxation which will bring you long-lasting effect of vitality, openness and inner peace into your being for weeks to follow.

For the day, you can recharge, relax, dream and let your mind wander. Through Mediation, Nature Walks, Yoga Nidra, Breath-work, Journalling, Reading in our Wellness Library, Sound Therapy and Dance Workshop. We’ll be exploring nurturing practices to guide you into feeling more peaceful, supported, open and clear.

Food will be taking care of by conscious chef Tom, delivering vegan lunches and delicious vegan cakes by Denyse. A selection of herbal teas and healthy snacks will be available throughout the day.

This retreat is open to all level of yogis, from beginners to long-time enthusiasts. Their expert instructors have years of experience behind them and you’ll know you’re in good hands within seconds.

PROPOSED SCHEDULE

10.30am
Arrive early to sign in, get a freshly made lemon, ginger, turmeric & honey tea and grab a post breakfast banana bread and settle in.

10.45am
Meditation – Be ready to awake & tune in to your mind, body and soul.

11.15am
Pranayama, Yoga & Nidra with Ella

1pm
Dance of Awareness with Marcus

2pm
We will be serving you your healthy vegan two course lunch alfresco fresh from our chef Tom’s kitchen. Followed by a fabulous vegan cake for dessert.

3pm
Silent mindful Nature Walk taking in Cowdray’s beautiful trees or spend time in our library, journalling & drawing.

4pm
Relax & drift off into to wonderful Sound Therapy Bath with Serenity Through Sound

5.30pm
Closing Soul Reviving Meditation & Gifting
