A creative morning workshop of movement exploration with Pauline Johnson.
A morning yoga workshop with Pauline Johnson exploring two approaches to movement in a safe and supported environment. Taking inspiration from the creative somatic process of Body Mind Centering, created by Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen, yoga is embodied with a spirit of openness and self-discovery. After a break for teas and ginger/turmeric cleanse, the workshop continues with an exploration of Continuum Movement practice, created by Emilie Conrad, which uses creativity and play to revitalise bones and joints, and develop strength and flexibility.
