Two days of yoga, meditation, and workshops to energise and rejuvenate, inspired by the full moon and approaching Winter Solstice.

Each morning, join me for energising, heart opening vinyasa yoga, followed by relaxation and meditation. After lunch, delve deeper into the yoga poses during the asana workshops, and relax and unwind with Yin, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra in the late afternoon.
