The Recipe

Harissa corn on the cob is a fantastic recipe to accompany any BBQ or summer dish. The harissa—a spicy and aromatic North African chili paste—adds a kick of flavour that complements the sweetness of fresh summer corn. The smoky, spicy notes of harissa alongside the yoghurt, coriander and lemon can really elevate the taste of grilled corn.

  • 4 corn cobs (cut in half)
  • 1 tbsp harissa
  • 3 tbs Greek yogurt
  • 20g coriander, roughly chopped
  • Zest and Juice of 1 lemon


  1. In a bowl mix together the harissa, yogurt, coriander, lemon zest and juice until all combined.
  2. Coat over the corn cobs thoroughly.
  3. Grill on the BBQ until golden for 10 to 15 minutes.
