Covid-19 Updates

Cowdray Farm Shop

The Farm Shop is now open from Tuesday – Saturday, 9am – 4pm.  The Farm Shop is now closed on Sundays and Mondays until further notice.

We are doing our best to keep shelves fully stocked. The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is paramount, and therefore we are following all established preventative measures.  In addition, we would urge customers to pay by card to eliminate the need for cash handling.

Cowdray Farm Shop Delivery Service

The Farm Shop is operating a home delivery service.  Deliveries are available from Tuesday to Saturday.

PLEASE NOTE that due to the high volume of orders and collections, we are reassessing our order fulfilment times. We currently work through all emails in the order that they are received however, we are unable to give definitive delivery days at this stage. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

If you wish to place an order, please email between 8am and Midday either for the same day delivery or with a specific delivery date.  Please include a clear list of everything you require.  There will be no delivery charge on your order and this service will be available to customers who live within the shaded area of the map below.  Should you live outside this area and would like a delivery, please do contact us and we can see whether we can assist depending on our daily orders.

Please include your delivery address and contact telephone number so that the Farm Shop team can contact you to take payment over the phone and discuss your order should they need to.  If your house is hard to find, clear directions should also be included in the email.  Deliveries will be made between 2pm and 4pm and there is a minimum spend on each order of £40.

Orders can also be accepted over the phone by calling the Farm Shop on 01730 815152.

A click and collect service is in place should you prefer to collect your shopping from the entrance of the Farm Shop.  Orders should be placed by email or over the phone.  There will be no minimum spend.  You will receive confirmation that we can fulfil your order when one of our team rings you to take payment.  A collection time can then be arranged.

Our team is fully aware of the current hygiene requirements and will be wearing protective gloves whilst handling, packing and delivering all orders.  Chilled or frozen items will be couriered in chilled boxes, and these items should be put into the fridge or freezer within 15 minutes.

This is a new initiative aimed at helping the local community during this challenging time.

We are doing our very best to keep our shelves stocked and are working closely with suppliers to meet continuing demand.

All of us at the Cowdray Farm Shop value your custom over the last ten years since we have been trading and thank you in advance for your support and patience as we operate this new service.
