Dilys Price is a highly qualified and skilled Massage Therapist and is part of the Perfect Motion Physio team. She also offers sports massage, relaxation massage and manual lymphatic drainage.

Qualifications:

Dilys has gained Level 4 accreditation in Sports Massage. She is qualified in manual lymphatic drainage, Indian Head, Thai, Aromatherapy and hot stone massage. She has A LOT of techniques under her belt!

More about Dilys:

She regularly runs, cycles, practices yoga, goes to the gym and plays golf. Dilys qualified as a personal trainer in Sydney and taught circuit training classes, which taught her a variety of stretches, mobility exercises and strength training exercises. She also has Level 2 Health and Nutrition qualification. This complemented her understanding of the human body and her massage skills as a result.
