Yoga with Sacha Kent

New Autumn Yoga Classes with Sacha Kent.

This September Sacha Kent is running two weekly classes at Cowdray Hall: a Vinyasa Flow Class and a Gentle Yoga Class.

The Vinyasa Flow Class begins on Tuesday 12th September and runs from 9.30am to 10.45am. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, focus and endurance of both body and mind. It is open to those who have some previous experience of yoga.

From Friday 15th September onwards Sacha is running a Gentle Yoga Class from 9.30am to 10.30am in the Chapel. This uses fluid movement and gentle stretching to open and release tension in the body and mind. It is a wonderful way to recharge our batteries, to heal, to improve sleep and well-being and to deeply relax.
