The Cowdray Lifestyle Chequered Yellow Throw is made of 100% pure wool, handwoven in the United Kingdom in Denbigh, northern Wales. This is an area with a long textile history and the throws are made in a traditional way by our suppliers to the highest standard. This throw is made with pure new wool. using the finest yarns to produce the softest of throws. Beautifully produced with the signature ‘Cowdray yellow’ check pattern with white lines, this throw will instantly brighten any space or room. Ideal draped at the foot of the bed or placed on a sofa in the sitting room for an extra layer of comfort. Finished with a traditional soft tassel on two opposite sides and complete with a Cowdray branded label.
Wool compared to other materials is naturally hypo-allergenic, and perfect for those with breathing problems or allergies, as well as being insulating, warming you even the coldest and darkest of winter nights. It can also regulate moisture and heat, keeping you warm when you are cold and cool if it is hot. Please machine wash according to the instructions on the care label. Wash on a cold cycle with a mild detergent, separately from any other items to avoid snagging. Do not spin or wring and reshape while the blanket is still damp. To dry your blanket, drape it in half over a line or rack to drip dry naturally. Do not tumble dry as this can cause shrinkage to the woollen fibres.
