Montgomery Farmhouse Cheddar is a traditionally made farmhouse cheddar with a wonderful nutty taste and a crunchy bite. It is hand made using milk from Jamie Montgomery’s own herd of Friesian Holstein cows that graze on the land surrounding North Cadbury in Somerset. The cheese is bound in muslin and matured for at least 10 months. Unpasteurised. Animal Rennet. Allergens: MILK.
