Cowdray Forester, Rupert Hill, took this wonderful shot of the morning sunlight coming through the trees at Verdley Wood in August.
He had been operating the forwarder to extract Douglas Fir Timber. The photo featured in November’s issue of Sussex Life on page 15 under “Readers’ Photos”.
