Experience a magical treetop stay in one of four brand-new, beautifully designed luxury treehouses, which are a result of a collaboration between Cowdray and Tree House Retreats, who designed, built, and now operate them as holiday lets.

Nestled along the edge of a private, secluded woodland with stunning views across the Estate you will find four brand-new luxury Treehouses, offering the perfect location to escape the everyday. Immersed in nature, the Treehouses are perfectly positioned to enjoy the views over the iconic Cowdray Polo fields, whilst being only a stone’s throw away from award-winning Cowdray Farm Shop & Café, as well as the historic town of Midhurst, offering plenty to see and do during your stay. Rolling hills with enchanting views, countryside walks, outdoor pursuits and fabulous food are all on your doorstep. 

These spacious and luxurious Treehouses offer everything needed for a relaxing escape to the woods, including a bright open-plan living area and kitchen, along with a wrap-around balcony complete with an outdoor bath and seating area. Sleeping two adults in a luxurious king-size bed each bedroom looks directly out onto woodland.

To preserve the woodland environment guests are provided with an electric vehicle for moving around the Treehouse location. You will also find your welcome hamper in the fridge filled with hand-selected essentials from Cowdray Farm Shop.

Dogs can also enjoy a tree-top stay. For an additional charge of £35 per stay, guests may bring with them a maximum of two well-behaved small to mid-size dogs per Treehouse.

The four Treehouses:

Buzzard: the furthest from the woodland entrance, Buzzard is a 10-minute walk from the car park. It’s at the top of the track so no one will pass by.

Chukka: enjoys the classic view of Cowdray Ruins and the polo fields.

Griffin: offers a slightly bigger kitchen with a central island; ideal if you plan on hosting visitors, or for preparing a delicious feast for two during your stay.

Muntjac: the shortest distance from the woodland entrance and car park. The only treehouse to have both an indoor and outdoor bath.
