A new recipe card featuring Cowdray’s venison sausages is available from the Farm Shop & Café throughout November.
The recipe is Venison Sausage Toad in the Hole which is perfect for a quick lunch or supper. The recipe card, which includes detailed step-by-step cooking instructions, can be picked up from the Farm Shop & the Café.
