We work with Neal’s Yard Dairy who supply us with hand selected and matured artisan cheeses from around the British Isles. Neal’s Yard work closely with the cheese makers advising and helping them produce the finest examples of British territorials and as affineurs, they often have better examples available than the producers themselves.
