From the island of Sardinia comes this raw sheep’s milk cheese with luxurious black truffle. The Pecorino cheese is aged for about a year so that it develops its own character before a cream of black truffle is injected into it. Medium-firm and creamy with a rich earthy and salt infused taste. Animal rennet. Allergens: MILK.
