Cowdray Farm Shop Café Evening Dining
Join us at Cowdray Farm Shop Café on Friday 23rd February for another delicious seasonal three-course feast inspired by local ingredients.
The evening starts at 6:30pm, with a Kir Royale or Ginger Spritz, with guests sitting down from 7:00pm. Enjoy a perfectly balanced starter of Mackerel accompanied by pickled cucumber and Yorkshire rhubarb puree, followed by pork belly with pancetta cabbage, celeriac mash, and Estate apple jus.
Or enjoy the vegetarian menu of cauliflower and truffle velouté followed by celeriac steak braised in garlic and thyme served with Salsa Verde. For dessert, a Blood Orange Fool with Cowdray Honey and ginger biscuit offers a delicious finish to the menu.

Cost: Tickets are £55 per person and will include a three-course meal, welcome drink and rye bread. Please confirm any dietary requirements within your booking notes.
Cancellation policy: Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
