Join us on Saturday 23rd March for the final in our series of delicious seasonal feasts inspired by local ingredients.

The evening starts at 6:30pm, with either a glass of prosecco or an elderflower fizz on arrival, followed by seats being taken from 7:00pm.

Enjoy a springtime starter of grilled local asparagus with a truffle, asparagus purée and soft-boiled Estate hen’s egg, followed by pan-fried Cowdray lamb rump, Estate foraged wild garlic purée with fondant potato, charred baby leek and redcurrant jus.

Or enjoy the vegetarian main of goat’s cheese beignets with tomato fondue, balsamic roasted beetroots, and Estate foraged wild garlic oil. For dessert, a rhubarb and custard pavlova offers a delicious finish to the menu.

Cost: Tickets are £55 per person and will include a three-course meal, welcome drink and rye bread. Please confirm any dietary requirements within your booking notes.

Cancellation policy: Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
