This in-person event at Cowdray Hall promises to be a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and a busy working week. Set aside the date, Friday 10th November, at 6:30pm to embark on a journey of relaxation and self-discovery.
Sara from Kiki yoga & wellness; our yoga instructor will lead you through a series of gentle yoga poses, helping you find balance, strength, and flexibility. As you flow through the movements, the harmonious melodies of the live harp (performed by professional harpist, Kate) will transport you to a state of tranquility.
Incorporating guided meditation into the session, you’ll have the opportunity to quiet your mind, release stress, and connect with your inner self. Let go of worries and embrace a sense of calmness as you surrender to the ethereal sounds of the harp.
No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore the profound benefits of these ancient practices. Please bring a mat, but a blanket will be provided, ensuring your comfort throughout the event.
